Step 1: Find the product you want.
Step 2:Select any options available for the product (colour, warranty type, etc.)
Step 3: Click the ‘Add to cart’ button (or you can click the “Buy Now” button and directly go to the checkout page, if you’re only buying one product)
If you want to purchase more products repeat Steps 1, 2 & 3 again. If you have selected all the required products continue to Step 4.
Step 4:Click ‘View Cart’ to view your product selection & make any changes to it. You can also click ‘Your Cart’ at any time to view your selection (top right of the page).
Step 5 (optional): If you have a voucher code please enter it at this point & then click ‘Apply Coupon’.
If you are happy with your selection continue to Step 6.
Step 6: Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ (In the Cart Page or at the top left under “Your Cart”)
Step 7:You can automatically ‘Register’ with your Facebook or Twitter account at the Checkout Page. Alternatively you can simply add a “Username” & “Password” in the required fields at the Checkout page.
Step 8: Enter/Select all required information at the Checkout page.
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address (If different than Billing Address only)
- Office pick or Delivery Cost
- Payment Option
Step 9:At the end of the Checkout Page you need to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then click ‘Place Order’.
If you selected the Cash on Delivery, Bank Deposit & eZcash, or Pay at GlobalMart.lk Office options your order is complete.
Step 10 (credit/debit card payments only): You will be taken to a secure payment processing page where you will be asked to enter your card details. After entering your details, you may be redirected again to a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode page for further verification. Once this is completed successfully your order is complete. You will receive an email with your receipt & order confirmation.
Step 11 (installments card payments only): Sampath Bank and Commercial Bank installment can be selected at the Checkout page respectively. Once the payment option is selected you can follow step 10 above. For other bank cards which are available for installments (If and when advertised on GlobalMart.lk, can be paid using the payment option VISA/MASTER Debit/Credit card and once the payment is completed, you can call the bank and convert it to installments or you can follow the individual instructions provided for the respective bank by GlobalMart.lk
Step 12 (manual bank deposit & eZcash payments only):You will need to deposit the full amount into one of our bank accounts and send us a scanned copy or photo of the deposit slip. For eZcash payments, transfer the full amount & send us the eZcash reference number. Once we receive the payment we will process the order.
Step 13 (online eZcash & mCash payments only): You will be taken to a secure payment processing page where you will be asked to enter your pin details to login and make the payment. Once this is completed successfully your order is complete. You will receive an email with your receipt & order confirmation. Note: Only transactions upto Rs.25,000 can be paid via these payment options online.
Step 14 (Virtual Wallet [Sampath Vishwa/DFCC Vardana/FriMi] payments only): You will be taken to a secure payment processing page where you will have to enter your wallet details to login and make the payment. Once this is completed successfully your order is complete. You will receive an email with your receipt & order confirmation.
Step 15 (cash on delivery payment only): Once the order is placed for this method the order is completed. The Cash on Delivery option is available for any order valued less than Rs.22,000.00 and CASH ON DELIVERY is currently only available within Colombo 1-15 & selected locations in Sri Lanka.
Step 16 (Cargills Food City payments only): You will need to pay the full amount to any Cargills Food City outlet and send us an image of the paid slip via email or our whatsapp number.
Step 17 (pay at GlobalMart.lk office): You will need to make the payment at our office within 48 hours of placing the order (2 days) or your order will be automatically cancelled. Order will only be processed, once the payment is received.
